About the specialist
Dr Viktorija Muraško is a certified dermatologist-venereologist and a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine at Riga Stradiņš University. She completed her specialist training in dermatovenereology through the University of Latvia residency programme. At RDG Clinic, Dr Muraško consults in Latvian, Russian and English, focusing on the diagnosis and treatment of conditions affecting the skin, hair, nails and mucous membranes, as well as dermoscopy and venereology.
Dr Muraško combines clinical practice with scientific work. She is a co-author of peer-reviewed studies published in 2024 and 2025 on immunogenetic factors in patients with HIV-related dermatoses. Her earlier research includes a study of the effects of cosmetics on mild acne vulgaris and a conference paper on surgeons’ experience of hidradenitis suppurativa care in Latvia. This work reflects her professional interest in connecting clinical dermatology with current scientific evidence.
Dr Muraško regularly advances her professional knowledge through international conferences and seminars. She has been a member of the International Dermoscopy Society (IDS) since 2022, the European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology (EAACI) since 2024, and the Latvian Association of Aesthetic Medicine (LEMA) since 2025.
