Vascular protocols
First, we identify the type of vascular concern
Redness is not a single diagnosis: visible capillaries, diffuse facial redness, rosacea-related changes, haemangiomas, and superficial leg vessels differ in origin and depth. The same technology is therefore not appropriate for every vascular concern.
The doctor assesses vessel type, depth and location, skin phototype, health history, and relevant risk factors, recommending further investigation first when needed. The most suitable laser or light method, individual settings, and treatment course are then selected, with discussion of the expected outcome, aftercare, and the possibility that new vessels may develop.
