Practical information
Questions before your appointment
Can I book if I do not know the diagnosis?
Yes. Describe your symptoms and how long they have been present. The diagnosis is made by the doctor after assessment; you do not need to identify it yourself before the visit.
How do I choose a dermatologist?
Review the doctors’ profiles and choose based on professional experience, language and a suitable time. If you are unsure, leave the doctor field blank and our administrator will help.
How should I prepare for the consultation?
Bring previous test results and a list of medicines or skincare products you use. If the concern changes over time, earlier photographs may also be helpful.
Can moles be checked during the visit?
Yes. A dermatologist can assess skin lesions and use dermoscopy when appropriate. Tell us whether one or several moles need checking so the right amount of time can be planned.
Will a procedure be carried out immediately?
Not always. The doctor first assesses indication and safety. If a separate procedure or investigation is needed, the doctor will explain the next steps and costs.
Is an online consultation available?
Online consultations with Dr.med. Olga Zaikovska are available in selected cases. An in-person visit may be recommended when examination or testing is needed.
