A longer‑lasting, non‑dissolvable material requires precise planning
Ellansé contains polycaprolactone (PCL) microspheres in a gel carrier. The initial gel provides volume, while tissue response to PCL is associated with gradual collagen formation.
It is not HA and cannot be dissolved with hyaluronidase. Patient selection, area, injection plane, and conservative volume are therefore especially important; another method may suit delicate or highly mobile areas.
