Injectable collagen stimulation in Riga

Sculptra, Lanluma, and Meso-Radiesse are not interchangeable treatments. A doctor assesses tissue quality, volume loss, treatment area, and your goal before selecting PLLA, diluted CaHA, or another approach.

  • Doctor-led anatomical assessment
  • Product selected for the goal
  • Gradual individual plan

Doctor consultation

Assessment before collagen stimulation

Dr Olga Zaikovska assesses facial or body anatomy, tissue quality, previous injections, and relevant health factors before recommending an appropriate treatment or alternative.

Your treatment pathway

From your goal to a safe, staged plan

Anatomy, tissue quality, and previous treatment

The doctor assesses the face or body area, volume loss, skin thickness, asymmetry, and any products previously injected.

Material and technique selection

PLLA, diluted CaHA, hyaluronic acid, and device-based treatments address different goals. The doctor explains why an approach fits and what it cannot achieve.

Course, outcome review, and aftercare

Session number and intervals are agreed. Further treatment is not performed until the tissue response and result of the previous session can be assessed adequately.

Before your consultation

Common questions about collagen stimulation

How does Sculptra differ from Meso-Radiesse?

Sculptra contains poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), while Radiesse contains calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA). Material, dilution, injection plane, and suitable areas differ. Selection follows anatomy and treatment goal rather than brand alone.

Is a collagen stimulator the same as an HA filler?

No. Hyaluronic-acid filler usually provides more immediate volume and can be dissolved with hyaluronidase in selected circumstances. Tissue response to PLLA and CaHA develops gradually, and these materials cannot be rapidly dissolved in the same way.

When will I see a result?

Initial swelling or fluid-related volume is not the final result. Biostimulatory change develops gradually over weeks and months; timing and degree vary between people.

How many sessions will I need?

This depends on the product, area, tissue condition, and goal. PLLA is often planned as a course; CaHA amount and repeat treatment are also individual and follow full assessment of the previous result.

Can treatment be performed on the consultation day?

Not always. Indications, contraindications, previous products, and the required amount must be assessed first. Treatment may be scheduled separately so it can be prepared for properly.

Which areas can be treated?

This depends on material and technique. PLLA may be used in selected facial or body areas, while diluted CaHA may suit specific skin-quality goals. Delicate and highly mobile areas often require another approach.

What are the main risks?

Swelling, bruising, tenderness, asymmetry, nodules, persistent inflammation, or infection can occur. Rarely, facial injections can injure a blood vessel. Sound indication, anatomical knowledge, technique, and aftercare are essential for safety.

A well-founded first step

Choose a treatment plan, not a product by name

Request an in-person doctor consultation and tell us the area, previous treatments, and desired change. After assessment, you will receive an individual treatment and cost plan.
