RDG Clinic · full-face skin-quality assessment
A full-face skin-quality plan
When the face looks generally tired, dry or uneven, a randomly selected treatment may not be the right answer. A doctor assesses skin health, hydration, texture, tone and resilience, then builds a staged plan for the whole face.
- The whole face, not one area
- Methods selected for the skin
- Gradual, natural-looking change
The clinician’s approach
Multi-layer full-face skin renewal
Dr Žanna Naumoveca demonstrates one possible combination using biorevitalisation, polynucleotides and exosomes for different skin layers. The video is an example, not a universal protocol: products, areas and sequence are chosen after an in-person assessment.

Hello everyone! I’m Dr. Žanna Naumoveca, a cosmetic doctor, and today I’m going to show you a really great procedure that we’ll be performing on my favourite doctor. That gives me more responsibility, of course, but I’ll manage, and we’ll definitely get a good result.
A Full Face botulinum-toxin procedure is very popular today, but I have my own approach to Full Face: full-face skin renewal across all layers.
We’ll be performing biorevitalisation. Salmon DNA means polynucleotides. We’ll also be adding exosomes for the upper layer of the skin.
Hyaluronic acid helps create an optimal environment for fibroblast division. Polynucleotides support cell repair and help correct errors that have occurred in the cell. Exosomes carry the right information so that all cells communicate and function properly.
And, of course, you are very welcome to come for all these procedures at the new Dermatology Group clinic.

Consultation process
From skin condition to a realistic plan
Check skin health
The doctor first considers whether dryness, redness, pigmentation or sensitivity reflects a skin condition needing separate treatment.
Assess the full face
Hydration, texture, tone, pigment, vessels, resilience and the effects of previous procedures are assessed together.
Choose method, sequence and review
The plan defines priorities, intervals, likely downtime and when each stage should be reassessed.

Common questions about full-face skin renewal
Does “full face” mean fillers throughout the face?
No. Here it means assessing skin quality across the face. The plan may contain no filler at all and may begin with skin care or one targeted method.
Is the combination shown in the video suitable for everyone?
No. It is one clinician’s approach. Products, quantities, areas and sequence are individual and depend on skin condition and contraindications.
How is this different from an aesthetic-dermatology consultation?
This consultation is narrower and centres on hydration, texture, tone and resilience. A broader aesthetic consultation may also cover facial proportions, volume and expression.
Can everything be done in one visit?
Not always. Methods are often staged so the clinician can control skin response, recovery and the result of each step.
When will I see a result?
Timing depends on the method. Some changes may appear early, while tissue renewal and collagen processes take weeks or months.
Start with the skin, not a treatment name
Build a clear plan for the whole face
Book a consultation and describe your main skin concern. The doctor will help set priorities and establish whether a procedure is needed at all.
